I had a video assessment which was the only easy part. I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but this needed to be said. I heard Rackspace was a great company so I was excited at first for my interview. However, it only pays $13 per hour which is ridiculous because better customer service jobs usually pay more. I had a zoom interview, but they were so rude. I had a few jobs that weren’t a good fit, so I had to leave them for personal reasons. I felt like I was being judged harshly for my experience. I asked myself why did they invite me for an interview if they didn’t like my resume. It felt like a waste of time for everyone. On the interview the panel of 3 grilled me with questions and my follow up questions were answered with a look of annoyance. It was so unprofessional. I was glad when I didn’t get picked. My old job treated me so much better and hired me for $16 per hour. I am going back to my company that is nicer. If you have a choice, go with other jobs in the industry. I can tell this company is a sinking ship. Good luck to anyone stuck there.

Always feeling like walking on egg shells with the amount of layoffs. Interviews were so basic a questions were really not that memorable . They do use internal recruiters to screen your resume 1st.
