It was good and technical stuff was related to your resume only.HR discussion as first round then technical round and then manager round in final. Manager round was bit technical and more related on your personality

It was a very detail process, I talked to great recruiters who made me feel comfortable with their questions. Each have different questions for the position I was applying to.

First, there is a preliminary interview with the recruiter. After passing the first interview, I then interviewed with the hiring manager. When chosen to go to the next step, I interviewed with the senior team member. And then after that, the VP. All throughout the process I received regular communications from the recruiters.
- Tell me about your prior experience? Are you familiar with *specific software program*? Asked about a specific experience I referenced within my resume. What is the newest thing you've learned to do in Excel?

In terms of the questions, it was fine...... just a shame that the overall organisation was not clear what or who it was recruiting for. The actual process was smooth - contact with internal recruitment was good - but the hiring manager seemed a little unsure whether the role was permanent or I if was a guinea pig / experiment position
- They probably asked "where do you see yourself in 5 years?" or "how technical are you?"

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Rackspace Technology
Interviews were nice, they asked me couple of technical questions mostly related to Azure and general security topics. Next interview was with the hiring manager. No surprises, just the well known stuff. If a candidate receives an offer they use an external provider conducting extensive background checks, that was annoying. It is a well known problem in the company that they tell people nice stories in the interviews about career perspectives, customers etc. but reality is totally different.
- Some technical thing about Azure and WAFs, not really hard to answer. Standard stuff about weaknesses and soft skills.

Straightforward interviews. Very values and culture-based. They were interested to ensure i'd fit in the company and also to ensure I would be able to do the role. Overall i enjoyed the process
- If you were an animal what would you be?

HR is top, but the rest of the process is long. When you finally make it to the end you're drained. You have to give a presentation on their product in front of their head of sales. The preparation for this is serious if you want the gig because they'll ask you many detailed questions. Good luck!
- What are your sales quotas?

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I applied online. I interviewed at Rackspace Technology
A total of three rounds, maximum one hour call on every stage - basic call, recruiter check the profile - fitness call, manager checks the fit - technical interview, panel round with two people on call.
- What is your experience level in kubernetes, jenkins, aws etc
