My career with Rackspace Technology has been a great one! Positive energy, great managers, great benefits & 401k matching. Great opportunities to learn with their learning platforms & LinkedIn Learning/ACloudGuru memberships. Opportunities for advancement are there and encouraged.
Cons
The current state of the company is not so great. Managers in teams that need more people are finding it difficult to get job requisition approvals to get more people to handle huge workloads. On top of that, the pay is below current market average & the culture is not what it once was, so it's difficult to keep the top talent.

Complete Dumpster Fire

Four weeks of PTO was nice.
Cons
I don't even think I can really explain how inept the executive leadership is. Direction and planning from the top felt like watching a fish that had been thrown out on the asphalt on a hot summer day, flipping and flopping in madness from one place to the other, hoping in vain to find water. Their failed plans and leadership always results in "difficult choices" (layoffs and or outsourcing) for the rest of us, while they suck their millions out of the company.

Pros
It was solid until reorg.
Cons
Most of the leadership of the department I was in left within a week. Things went downhill rapidly after that, a ton of attrition just made it tough.
