Interview
I received a call from the HR dept. which lasted less than 10 mins and I was asked if I could come down for the interview. The lady who called was very calm and composed. She wasn't intimidating or scary, and because it was a phone screen, she just wanted to ask basic questions and understand me and what I am looking for.
