Their interview process was lengthy and consisted of 5 interviews over 2 weeks, including speaking to the CEO. I committed a significant amount of time to this process (including clearing an afternoon to speak with several team members) and received a generic email saying that they were not going to move forward and would reach out if roles better suited to my background were to come up. I replied asking for feedback from the team and did not receive any further communication. It seemed harsh to have asked for several hours of my time and not be able to provide any feedback as to why they did not move forward with me. I have an atypical work background and asked several times if that was a concern and was told each time that it was not an issue. I did not feel like my time was respected during this process.
