Interview
I was emailed about an HR interview with Raisin. Interviewer goes through a lot of details about Raisin, but I found the JD to be different from what they were actually hiring for.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Raisin in Sep 2025
Interview
The interview process at Raisin included 4 stages:
1. First, there was an HR screening where we talked about my background, motivation, and role expectations.
2. Then came a technical interview with the Head of Design, focused on my design approach, collaboration style, and overall experience.
3. After that, there was a one-hour whiteboard session with the design team, focused on exploring a given problem and finding a solution together.
4. The final stage was a fit interview with a product manager and an engineer, focused on my problem-solving approach through real-life examples.
Afterwards, there was a feedback call to reflect on all stages and share the offer details, which was a very thoughtful and transparent final touch.
