Had a Skype interview with HR which included solving simple automation problems. Got a reply next day that they won't proceed further. If they think the person is not a best fit why interview in the first place.

The process lasted about a month and, because I was not in Berlin, most of it took place on Skype. I had 2 interviews with HR, one of which was a case study. 1 interview with the hiring manger and finally 1 interview with CEO onsite, in order to get to know the team in person too.

I cannot say that the process was easy, but the Recruiting team did a great job and made it smooth and straightforward with their prompt feedbacks and instructions. The onsite meetings were also a good opportunity to evaluate if my personality would match the working environment. It was overall a positive experience and the team was very nice, however I couldn't accept the offer because I wasn't able to relocate.

I applied online, was interviewed via Skype. Everything was good but they offered salary way less than what is suitable for a Senior Software Tester. The interview process was good and a lot of support from the HR during the application process.

I first had an initial screening call on Skype, followed by an afternoon of face to face interviews in the office around a week later. The interviews were pleasant and I got to meet a number of the team members that I would be working with.

Application via a recruiting company came with a lot of HR overhead. During the interviews there was a lack of involvement from the company regarding what job would be more suitable for me.

I was not asked any detailed technical questions but just received a promise to schedule another technical meeting with an engineer. The following meeting was never scheduled and I was rejected for not being technical enough, although a proper test or conclusive discussion was not done.

The interview was very interactive. First had to go through an HR skype interview followed by a personal interview. In personal interview had to go through a very interesting case study and then a personal interview with team lead and then his team

Next round was a tech challenge on which you have to work on some given problem which is supposed to be finished in four hours.

2. Skype Case Study - Guided Case Study to test analytical skills. Challenging, but not very difficult questions.
3. Skype Interview with supervisor. Description of current position of the company and team. Questions about expectations.

All of them started with friendly introductions and small talk.

Das Gespräch wurde per Skype geführt. Der Bewerber und jemand aus dem HR. Zuerst wurde eine Vorstellungsrunde auf Englisch durchgeführt. Danach gab es einige fachliche und unternehmenspazifische Fragen. Danach hatte man die Chance einige Fragen zu stellen. Sehr angenehmes Gespräch.
