I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter after about two days. She interviewed me for about 15 minutes over video and set up a second interview with another manager who seemed impressed with me. Said I had “great energy “ and an amazing “aura”. He said I would hear back soon to set up another in person interview. I was super excited but then the next day I got an email from the recruiter saying it was tough but they had to go with someone else.
