I was a Crew member before getting promoted to RZM then to RM. the experience is really standard driven with amazing culture and the vision and mission statements speak to themselves when seeing the goal behind RPS and everything leading up to running the perfect Restaurant.

Question 1

My availability. To be a manager you’ll be working 38 hours a week and will need to be available almost at all times. If you’re an RP/RL and an ARL you’ll be 24/7 in the know of things.

long process but easy questions, had to go through 4 interviews before I was offered the position and was sent to train out of state in utah. asked me questions about my management style, stress levels, and how my past experiences as a shift leader were.
