Interview
Firstly, written test was conducted at campus. Two to three weeks later, shortlisted candidates were called for Interview at Ramco Office in Chennai. The interview was not so much on the technical side because of the nature of the role.
The next day, candidates shortlisted in the interview were called for one more interview. This felt more like a personality- check interview.
Overall, the experience was so good. Interviewers were so friendly which I heard from my friends who attended together with me.

Interview
The interviewer analysed the problem handling capability and designing skills. Also added that the opening is in aviation domain and some questions were asked which were related to database. Starting with the aptitude and verbal round then moving on to communication assessment followed by HR.

The quench to read something new and develop the skills.
It was done online on Microsoft teams. The interviewer was very patient and answered my questions and explained the job scope to me. It was overall a pleasant experience that helped me understand more about the company and job scope.

Interview
Interview went really smooth and It was more like a discussion so it didn't make me nervous. The interviewer was encouraging me to speak more and made me comfortable enough to reduce my nervousness.
