It started off well - I was contacted shortly after I applied for a phone screen with HR, then had to submit a writing assignment. With that successfully completed, I was scheduled for a series of video interviews with the potential manager for the position and a few other team members. There were a few behavioral questions but also just some general getting-to-know-you type questions.
After a couple of weeks, I got an email from HR that the hiring was taking longer than expected due to other deadlines. Almost a month later, I heard back again that the manager was leaving the team and they were reevaluating the team structure and would get back to me if it could still be a fit, but they never did. If not for the way it all wrapped up, I would have rated the experience a positive.
