firstly, I got an online assessment and required to submit in 24 hours ,includes 2 SQL, 1 case study, 1 A/B test. but i failed and got a refused email next day.

I had applied to RealSelf via Glassdoor and, after about a week or so, I received an email from RealSelf with an invitation for an assessment (so I hadn't had a phone screen at all). This assessment was Excel/Google Sheets-based with three distinct blocks - SQL, data distribution, and kind of A/B test evaluation. An applicant should spend no more than 2 hours on this assessment and send it back to RealSelf via the provided link within 24 hours after downloading the test. Although I didn't get an offer, I'd like to thank my recruiter, Leslie Mills, anyway. The communication with her was a breeze; she has clarified all my questions, even silly ones, and overall, it was one of the most emphatic and kind recruiters I've ever worked with. Keep on, Leslie!
