Ghosted by their internal recruiters twice in 3 years. I applied online at two different times about 3 years apart and was ghosted by internal recruiters both times. I emailed them a couple of weeks after each initial call and got no response either time. This company and its culture is trash. Stay away.

The interview was conducted remotely, and you were asked to complete coding exercises in real time using Hackerrank's whiteboard system. They prioritized the technical evaluation over any other aspect of the hiring process as the first priority.

Focus was on solving the problem using hackerrank's whiteboard (live coding). I wasn't sure if they expected someone to actually come up with the solutions or just to see how you do under pressure.
