    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Red Classic (Charlotte, NC) in July 2018.

    Interview

I was very upset about the process because it was quite a waste of my time. I did the phone interview m, and they asked me the stereotypical questions. They went through the daily responsibilities. I got an interview the next day from the HR recruiter asking more about my daily responsibilities. I wrote it out in word format, and made a PowerPoint presentation because I wanted to stand out. She thanked me, and said she would get back to me in the next two days. I never received a phone call, or an email. I emailed her back, and received nothing. A week later I emailed her, and nothing.
I was upset at the unprofessionalism behind this. The least the person could have done is to have gotten back to me with a letter that stated thanks, but we are going with other candidates. I have seen other positions that I match perfectly for because I work in cash applications and financial services, but I will never apply again. I wanted to work there because I heard it was a great company. My friend worked there and raved on it. I was so excited to receive an interview. I jumped up and down, but after that it seemed to ruin any chance of my even wanting to attempt to apply again.

    Interview

Their is an initial phone interview, and then you will go in for at least 1 in person interview. I actually had 2 in person interviews. They have multiple teams and you may interview with them all to see where the best fit is.

    Inside Sales/Brokerage Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Charlotte, NC
    No Offer
    Negative Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Red Classic (Charlotte, NC) in January 2019.

    Interview

Phone interview. Then onsite interview with 4 people two at a time. The Vice President gives off a very disingenuous vibe. All the people interviewing you are white males. Then after 3 emails telling you they are still interviewing you get the 4th one saying you didn’t get the job. Which was ok with me I took a job making $10k more a year than what they were offering. But something about the call center was very off to me. Like they hire a certain “type”......I also was told by one of the employees that their commission checks aren’t always paid on time. So interview at your own risk
