I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Charlotte, NC) in Apr 2016
Interview
It was a little hard to find, once I found it, I had to buzz in the door, it took so long for security to get there that I ended up being 3 minutes late for my interview. Once I walked in the waiting area, a hiring manager called three of us to the back. We had a tour of the campus, and the a group activity. I gave my all and felt last me I stood out but I guess it wasn't enough. I took notes and made good eye contact. I wore loose fitted black slacks and a button up white shirt, with a blazer. I looked over dressed. Everyone else in the interview had on jeans. After the group activity we watched a video. I took notes through the video. The other people on the group thought for sure I was gonna get an offer (We all talked outside after the interview.) in the group discussion we had to sale an amusement park attraction to add on to an amusement park. Had absolutely nothing to do with the job! I got an email two days later stating that they were looking at other candidates, basically saying that I didn't get the job.
The two ladies that interviewed me were full of great advice on the job and very insightful about what the job entails. Looking forward to beginning my sales career here!

Question 1
How have you handled miscommunication between you and management in the past?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
The interview process was smooth. Normal
questions & they’re very straight forward , look into the company before applying cause they ask you about it. It’s also very hard to get an interview with red ventures so if you got it then they’re really looking forward to hiring you. Also they’re going to ask you to sell something to them, they’ll pick an object in the room and you have to make a pitch on the spot but they are very friends & will train you very well
