4-step interview process. The first is just a phone call with the recruiter. The second is a case interview. The third is an interview day with a combination of behavioral and case interviews. The final and fourth interview is a behavioral interview.

tough- many rounds. Must know how to do mental math. You must do an Excel activity in a room with someone else. Odd experience. Essentially they want to know how much you know about Google AdWords.

They give you an AdWords example and ask you to give them conversions, click through rate, etc.
