I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Fort Mill, SC) in Oct 2014
Interview
I had a great interview at Red Ventures with a friendly recruiting member. She guided me through the entire process by starting with scheduling a phone interview all the way to meeting in person for a 1:1. The questions were fairly difficult and you have to be mentally sharp. You also need to be ready to perform a mock sales call so they can get an idea of how well you can relate to a potential customer.

Question 1
How have you handled miscommunication between you and management in the past?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
The interview process was smooth. Normal
questions & they’re very straight forward , look into the company before applying cause they ask you about it. It’s also very hard to get an interview with red ventures so if you got it then they’re really looking forward to hiring you. Also they’re going to ask you to sell something to them, they’ll pick an object in the room and you have to make a pitch on the spot but they are very friends & will train you very well
