RedEye's interview process has 3 stages. Introduction via call, get-to-know meeting and last meeting where you will present a customer lifecycle of a brand your choice. After then, you should be able to hear feedback from them minimum of a week. They are very responsive and makes sure you have all of the information you need.

What are the important KPIs to report on for a retail abandon journey?
Good I was welcomed, it is a venue/performance space so they encouraged me to start hosting parties or producing shows and I was like "Imma wagon wheel watussie this mf"
Had three interviews that were fairly easy, but salary and benefits were not discussed. The interview was largely focused on physical sales. When I received an offer, it did not align with the work required for the position. And, in 2022, they had no sick time available, which would be challenging given the pandemic and going to shows 3x a week.
