I applied online. I interviewed at Regions Financial (New Smyrna Beach, FL) in Mar 2015
Interview
Panel interview with Regions Bank with the branch manager leading. Typical questions until they got to the "sales quotas" which were basically the main focus of the job. I had no idea how pushy they expected their tellers to be in order to "steer customers to financial advisers." Apparently I did not come off as the high pressure sales type. They did not bother to send a sorry not you email which most of the more reputable companies do for those who they invite to an interview. Needless to say my money and banking business will never cross the entry to a Regions Bank. Regions Bank managers need to think about how they handle their interviews, every applicant is also a potential customer but in this case NOT!

The interview process was very seamless and easy. The interviewer was very down to earth and welcoming. He asked very good and challenging questions which kept me on my toes. We discussed my employment history and went over the job and its benefits. All in all I would say it was a pleasant experience.
