(1) The first interview is a phone call with an HR recruiter to screen you and your application (30 minutes).
(2) If you pass that, you send in work samples and they pass the samples and your resume on to the department for another phone interview with a training manager (30 minutes).
(3) If you pass the phone interview with a training manager, they will send you a test about your work styes and a request for a sample project for you to create, just for them.
(4) if they like the results of your work style test and your response to their work request, they will arrange a face-to-face interview.
(5) The face-to-face interview is with 2 managers and some other training personnel from the department (2-3 hrs total).
To be hired, you have to pass all of the previous hurdles, the face-to-face interview, and a background check.
