You interview the same day as 4-5 other candidates. You go from one room to the other where a panel awaits to ask you questions on your background, skills, and interests. Know about your job, the company, the banking industry, and basic accounting/finance. The final interview (I had 2 preliminary interviews with HR) is a day-long event. I had to write an essay at the end based on a question about auditing. My first day at work, I discovered only myself and another candidate were provided offers.

Had an initial screening interview with HR Rep. Another short (15-30 mins) informal interview with a manager in the department. Lastly, three formal interviews with managers at different business lines in the IA department, 30 mins each. There was a lot of behavioral questions. Ready to talk about some technical sides based on your own professional experience
