The interview consisted of three parts: 1. A phone interview 2. Group interview 3. Individual interview with a manager During each step I felt that my personal goals were addressed as well as the company's. The HR department did a fantastic job providing instruction, working with various schedules, staying in touch, and making the interviews personal and relaxed.
