The recruiting person isn't aware of the market asking about it, the management politics are so much complicated and takes 5 months to get an offer, they prefer ladies and they say it clearly.
It has to be approved by someone how does not even meet you to know who you are, if you are good you are most likely to get declined cause they don't want to have people tell them what they want unless you have someone push your application which was my case.
If you are good at what you are doing you are most likely to be fired cause the management does not want you to grow.

Suite à cette visio j'ai reçu l'invitation pour l'entretien d'embauche.
La recruteuse est arrivé en retard.
L'entretien était très bref.
Je ne pense pas qu'elle avait étudié mon cv avant l'entretien.

The job is not what it is advertised as.
When I got to the interview was told you don’t look after and sites or people you just sell office space and the whole interview was based on selling office space.
The advert was clear it was a leadership role !!
The whole episode has been a waste of time would suggest you look at your job adverts.

Time was set through mail communication, date and time was given with options, which was suitable for me, hiring manager was really welcoming , offered coffee, introduced herself and history with the company, brook the ice, was really nice
