Reliance General Insurance Dot NET Developer interview questions

One of the consultay held the interview. 2 rounds were taken. Both are technical. In first round they will ask you about c# and dot net coding related question, in second round they will totally therotical questions.. I mean y??? You want developer or teacher. I know we should have basic understanding of all the things, but after having 3 4 years of experience how would you expect to answer the question like cts, jit in deep. No sql related questions were asked. Even after all this they will not give expected salary hike.
