ALWAYS USE STAR TO DESCRIBE EVERY SITUATION, INTERVIEWERS ARE LOOKING TO SEE HOW YOU HANDLE THE DIFFERENT SITUATIONS, ALWAYS REMEMBER TO END WITH A POSITIVE OUTCOME. eXample:- the customer or coworker was very rude to me, but I try to understand if they were having a bad day. To every situation, interviewers want to hear your positive resolution.
