Interview
Their interview process was a bit chaotic… First, what should’ve been about a four week process per what I was hearing in the interviews lasted seven weeks due to reschedules and delays. Per the job description it was supposed to be three interviews and then an employment check. I had to do four interviews for this role with no explanation as to why or what the 4th intervew would look like. A follow up interview was even scheduled by the interviewer only to be removed from my calendar later with no heads up, and just receiving the standard “We’ve chosen to move forward with other applicants email.” I was told at multiple parts of the interview process “you’ll hear back at this point or at that point" only to never hear back and have to reach out myself to get updates multiple times.
Lastly, it stated in the handbook that if you reach the team or executive interview, there will be an optional 15 minute feedback call available to you. I had to reach out again to the recruitment team to ask when or how I could do this as there was no information or calendar link in my rejection email and havn't heard back.
TLDR: The positive - everyone I spoke to during the process was very friendly, painted a nice picture of the company and had an enthusiasm that made me very excited for the opportunity
The Bad - 7 week process, like most companies they say they value your time but they may be juggling too much to truly keep applicants informed and make decisions quickly.
