Se entra a través del programa de becas, una vez dentro te asignan al departamento que más se ajusta a tus estudios + lo que te interesa. Hay que hacer una dínamica de grupo en Inglés (casi siempre sobre organizar el próximo circuito de motos) y si se pasa esta fase, hay que hacer una entrevista con RRHH y otra final con el que será tu BP.

Llamada telefonica para preguntarte un poco sobre ti y luego mandan cuestionario , entrevista y prueba de razonamiento por email para realizar. Aparte de que luego dicen de evaluar el ingles.
It was an interview with the hiring manager, interactive with a couple of behavioral questions and some resume based questions. The manager was friendly and it wasn't a stressful interview
