Called in and went over resume. Asked about qualifications in phone interview. On the phone I was told to schedule an in-person interview. The in person interview felt scripted and not personable at all.

Interview
In person interview was informal. Had a lengthy discussion around my background and talked about the job and requirements. They eventually gave me notice that I was removed from consideration about 10 days later.

What was the sales process like at your previous job.
They start you with a phone screening once that’s happened you go ahead and interview in person I had to interview with two people and then once that happened they calll you after a week to tell you if you received the job or not
