Resource Management Group interview questions

Had an interview with basic interview questions with property and leasing managers. Interview was very informal. Got called back for 2nd interview with corporate president and property manager. Never got asked any questions about the job but rather just to see if I could hold a conversation with a stranger. Got called about 2 weeks later and took a drug test.
