      Sales Development Representative (SDR) Interview

      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Rewards Network in May 2026

      Interview

My experience interviewing with Rewards Network was mixed. In the fall, I had an initial Zoom interview for a different role. The interviewer joined about 20 minutes late and mentioned that she had forgotten about our interview. During the conversation, I asked what qualities are important for success in the role, and she emphasized the importance of being on time, which felt somewhat ironic given the delayed start. She also discussed other candidates she was interviewing, which made the experience feel less personal. More recently, I interviewed for the Sales Development Representative position and went through three rounds of interviews. This process was much more positive. I felt well prepared and confident throughout each stage. For the final interview, I was invited to the office, met team members, and was given a tour of the workspace. The experience left me feeling optimistic about the opportunity. Although I was ultimately not selected for the role, I appreciated the chance to interview. After receiving the rejection email, I sent a follow-up asking for feedback so I could continue improving professionally, but I have not received a response. Overall, the interview process was organized and welcoming during the later stages, but the lack of candidate feedback and my earlier interview experience left room for improvement.
