I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in Feb 2021
Interview
The most unprofessional interview process I have ever gone through. My first interview was a 20 min Zoom call. My recruiter did not have the decency to turn on his camera, asked me how much I made at my previous jobs, I am sure to lowball me as much as possible. After the awkward interview he asked me to complete a word doc with questions like; my parents names and occupations, what kind of car I drive, my monthly payments on my car, if I pay child support. I work in the HR department currently at my college, I showed them the document Reynolds and Reynolds had me fill out and they said "RUN!" Also filed a complaint with my college because this was the biggest waste of my time. I have lost so much respect for this company.
