I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Dayton, OH) in Jul 2011
Interview
I applied online, and received an email saying they were interested. We scheduled a phone interview for a preliminary 10-15 minute questionnaire.
All they asked was stuff like, have you been convicted of a crime, do you have a driver's license, do you smoke, etc. I answered appropriately to all the questions, like no I don't smoke.
So I thought it was a breeze, but two days later, they emailed saying thanks but no thanks. I have no idea why, but it probably boiled down to the resume.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds
Interview
A very professional and exciting interview opportunity. Everyone I spoke to was open and honest about the position and processes. I went through a series of phone interviews with a recruiter, which led to three additional Skype interviews. Strongly recommend having questions prepared for each interview. Overall an amazing interview experience!
