I have actually applied on went through some of the process with Reynolds two separate times. As everyone else mentioned, you have to take an aptitude assessment test. I don't even think they have a strategy of why they use this test. Its not used to test your skills against a position and its not even used to assess your professionalism, or how you handle work related situations like other methods of testing accomplish like "STAR" (situation, task, action, result).
First time around, took test, barely even had a follow up interview and they offered the position with a salary that was well below industry average.
Five years later, another application for an engineer position. And again a salary that is well below industry average. Almost nearly 30-40% lower. Advice to ReyRey, don't put Engineer on your title with an expectation of mid-senior level experience if you don't intend on paying for the skills.
If you interview, just ask the people you come across "how long you been with the company", those answers will be a good sign of the company's treatment of employees.
