I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds
Interview
The interview process was a little long, but there were some scheduling issues we just had to get around. I had roughly five Skype interviews along with an aptitude test. As for the aptitude test, it was just like the rest of them but after you complete it and do well, they make you retake the exact same test with a recruiter on Skype from another device while you point that Skype chat camera at your computer and take the test again with them watching... little ridiculous. The Skype interviews were mostly conversational and everyone I spoke with was very nice and willing to give career advice that was fitting whether you end up working at Reynolds or somewhere else. It was slightly strange that I never had an in-person interview, and ended up accepting a position with a company that I have still yet to shake the hand of an employee with. The salary, benefits, and training seem like they will be well worth it. Also, do not be afraid to negotiate, because they will consider raising your starting salary if you are worth it to them.

Question 1
Mostly conversational about your previous jobs/experiences.
I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Sacramento, CA)
Interview
10 minutes call explaining that the job entails a lot of travel, making sure that this would be suitable for me personally. This seemed more like a pre screening to make sure that candidates are aware of what they are signing up for rather than a formal interview.

Question 1
Would you be okay traveling 5 days out of the week?
I applied online. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds in Jan 2018
Interview
Had a call back based upon my resume and much testing (much more than any other company I encountered) then a Skype interview which was a very typical structured HR type of interview. A very professional interview.
