I applied online. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Dayton, OH) in Feb 2017
Interview
You take an online exam, then interview with your potential superior, then their boss, then take the exam again with someone watching over video. It seems like the video exam is more a test of ethics. If you score high enough on the first exam, the 2nd seems to be to verify if you cheated or not.

Question 1
The interviewers were very pleasant, more focused on personality and work ethic than intense scrutiny of past experience.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Tampa, FL) in Mar 2023
Interview
The interview process started with a call from the recruiter verifying resume information and asking about salary expectations. This was followed by a Zoom interview which took about 30 minutes. There is another Zoom interview with management but unfortunately I did not make it that far. The company gives no explanation why, basically just that you were not chosen for the next steps. Feedback would have been valuable.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds
Interview
Pretty typical. Took two aptitude tests. Recruiter who was located at their HQ in Dayton reached out to me and did a phone screening. I then spoke with 2 more senior employees about the position. Didnt seem bad, but the second guy from Oklahoma rubbed me the wrong way for sure. Very "old style" mentality, if you follow.

I was referred by a current employee and the first thing you do is take an assessment that takes about three hours. Either pass or fail. It was super tough, read up on word problem algebra and memorize formulas
