You have to take an ethics and personality assessment before the day of your appointed interview. Then you take a another test (multiple choice) on site that's timed for 1 hour. The first 30 minutes have sequential patterns and letter series to select which pattern or letter best fits the series. The last 30 minutes are algebraic questions which contain a total of 30 questions. The test is not designed for you to finish, but you must be precise on the questions you do answer.
