I applied online. I interviewed at Riot Games (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2020
Interview
Applied online and did an easy hackerrank challenge about building a game. Had a phone screen with a recruiter about the position, interests, and past experiences.
The whole process was alright until the recruiter asked if I had any competing deadlines/offers. I let them know in hopes of speeding up the process, but they seemed insulted and I was rejected shortly thereafter. Overall, it caught me off-guard and seemed unprofessional.
