Many interviews with various people over the course of months, then a daylong interview with a bunch of people, and it was unclear who I'd be reporting to, or what everyone did, and why they were involved in the interview process.
Everything moved quickly and communication was excellent. Every step was clearly explained, timelines were transparent, and I felt supported throughout. The recruiter was proactive in keeping me updated and answering questions promptly. The final decision took a bit longer than initially expected, but this was due to Riot's internal approval processes, not the recruitment team. Despite that small delay, it was one of the better hiring experiences I've had.
