Good process, meet several people from various department through several interviews and over 4-5 months, finishes with a full day of interviews, quite tiring but it helped me better understand the company,good experience overall.

Interview
Interview was over Skype, not too stressful, it was actually pretty laid back. About 45 mins but plan for 1 1/2 hour since they really want you to explain your answers. I interviewed with only one person and he was calm and professional the entire time. The interview consisted of 3 main parts. The first part was getting to know to know me and why Riot games. Asked probing questions from past experiences. Second part was digging into customer service and what my experiences were. He wanted examples on difficult situations and how I resolved the situation while keep the customer calm and happy. The third part of the interview was technical. He asked very specific questions on Mac OSX, Active Directory and DNS/DHCP. I did not expect for interview to ask very specific questions since this was a Skype interview. The questions caught me off guard and I did horrible. I hope this will help the next person prepare to do awesome on the interview.

Question 1
Explain a time where you received bad customer service as a customer, What would you have done differently if you were the owner/boss.
Explain a difficult situation, a time where you made a mistake, how did you fix the situation. What did you do afterwards to make sure that this mistake wouldn't happen again.
What is DNS? How would you troubleshoot DNS on a in house computer? Where is the account information stored on Active Directory and how would you get to it? He also asked about a few shortcut keys on MAC computers.
