I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Riot Games (Saint Louis, MO) in Oct 2015
Interview
First went through the personal questions then went through the technical questions. The personal questions were: "Describe the moment when you had to give someone advice," and "Tell me an instance when you had to actually consider UI"Nothing special. Technical interview, like most of the other companies would, is the deciding factor. Just make sure crunch down the technical stuffs.
Hackerrank Coding challenge, Is 2 hours long and has 5 questions, 1 question might be related to the others after it. You do get a 14 days window to prepare for it. Good luck!
I applied online. I interviewed at Riot Games (Santa Monica, CA)
Interview
It took a long time to get each interview, because it took the producer 2-3 weeks before responding to my emails. Sometimes I had to email him 4 times before getting a response.
Eventually though, I got a technical phone interview, and a month later, Riot flew me down to Santa Monica for an onsite interview.
The onsite consisted of a tour, lunch, and an extensive ( like 9 hours! ) series of interviews with various members of the team.
