Initial interview was telephone based. Interviewer was very professional and friendly. Sensible questions and a technical support scenario relevant to the position itself. Follow up interview was at their office. Went into detail from my CV and assessed my abilities with a set of interview questions. Panel of two interviewers who work directly in the rules interviewed for, so a lot of knowledge to be gained from that before starting. Tour of the team was helpful to judge the environment. Pleasant and helpful interview.
