The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Rise Interactive (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2011
Interview
It was a pretty fair interview. They emailed an assessment test to me which consisted of a writing a welcome email along with some math questions. You're allotted an hour to do both (the math portion is 3 parts, though the first part is simple multiplication and division). After that, they called me in for an in person interview. The recruiter asked some basic questions (what do you know about the company, why Rise, tell me about yourself). The only slightly annoying part of this was that these questions were rather basic screener questions that normally are handled over the phone. Additionally, the recruiter did not give me the best understanding of the position itself. They do get back to you within the amount of time they stated which was very appreciated.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rise Interactive (Buenos Aires) in Mar 2024
Interview
Primero me entrevistó un HR Recruiter y luego 2 managers. La primera fue en español con 2 preguntas en inglés y las siguientes fueron completamente en inglés y con estadounidenses.

I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Rise Interactive (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2022
Interview
Had an HR interview followed a week later by two interviews with different hiring managers. All interviews seemed to go really well. It has now been literally 8 weeks since then…I have inquired several times about any updates, and instead of just saying “no sorry you didn’t get the job,” they keep saying “things are slow right now, we’ll update you when we know more.” Unbelievably unprofessional experience, I would never recommend anyone apply here. Never experienced this level of chaos and messiness. Really bad.
The interview was straightforward and professional. There were multiple steps in the process but nothing was out of the ordinary of what you should expect. I worked through someone on the talent team to manage my expectations.
