River Bend interview questions

Interview and hiring was a simple, straightforward process. I met one-on-one with the Marketing Director to discuss what they were looking for and what they were expecting. We discussed a typical work day and work week. She provided background on the business and the owner. I explained my background and capabilities and illustrated the benefits of working with an experienced designer as opposed to someone straight out of college.
