I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2017
Interview
I was referred by a friend and was reached out to for a phone call. They asked a bit about my background and why I was interested in recruiting? They also asked about if I had plans to relocate here or knew anyone in the area. They cared ALOT about commute, and my commitment, as well as where else I was interviewing. Then I was brought onsite and panel interviewed by 4 people. It took about 2.5 hours, then a final shadow.

Question 1
Where else are you interviewing?
Why recruiting?
Why Robert Half?
I had quite a few shorter conversations where I got to learn about different teams and practice groups. There was a ton of transparency in the process and I felt like I really got to know the company.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Robert Half in Dec 2025
Interview
Had an initial call with a recruiter, she seemed brand new. Had another call with a Account Manager. Have followed up for the past 2 weeks with ZERO response. I would expect something, it doesn't matter if you're not moving forward not responding at all is unprofessional. I don't know if this is how they deal with clients but very unprofessional. Don't waste your time.
