Interview
Interview process was very thorough. Company ask detail question about your previous employers, positions held and duties. Skill test are given to assess your abilities. The process is fairly quick if there is a need for your skill set immediately.
The interview was a great experience. First the recruiter reached out and then I had an interview with the manager of the company. The interviewer questions that were fundamentals of Accounting and why I wanted this position.

It was easy and quick with simple questions. Go through your resume and experience to see if you are a good fit. Nothing too hard, the manager was very nice and patient.

The interview was great window to the company's hiring process and it went well. the expected projects were unknown and it turns out the company try to find projects based on the employees set of skills, then they market the employee under company's name.
