Interview
Phone screen, in person with the director of sales, in person with VP of Sales. Very load back and easy. Account execs max out at 60k base but they try for 50-55k.
Long but good conversations and engaging. You spoke with about 5 people from different teams. Felt a bit repetitive considering they asked the same questions. Asked about background, motivations, long term career, etc.
Multiple interview process, allows for shadowing on calls during process, fair representation of the day to day work, level set expectations. I met with VP level employees during interview process
