Straight forward, professional, background check. I interviewed with the company and underwent a background check from prior supervisors and peers. They ask A LOT to dig into your past experiences (as expected).

Very through! They go out of their way to make sure they find a good fit for everyone involved.
They are screening for several different positions. A recruiter asks about past job experience, salary expectations, and job expectations. They then match you with jobs to find the best fit. You still have to interview with the companies you match with.
The interview was an excellent experience—professional, welcoming, and insightful. The questions were thoughtful, and the discussion felt engaging and genuine. I appreciated the positive energy and clear communication throughout. I liked it and it was good.
