By far one of the worst RPOs I’ve come across. Total time wasters. Hated by their previous workers and despised by their hiring managers.
I’ve dealt with them 2-3 times, thinking I’ll give them another chance, but had a very bad candidate experience.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Walters (London, England) in Feb 2014
Interview
1st stage was a telephone interview with Resource Solutions Internal Consultant (going through CV, motivations, needs analysis and key skills). It was then followed by two F2F interviews onsite meeting their RS onsite managers first, then went back for final stage to meet the client sponsors.
