Was contacted by a recruiter who liked my background and as a result took steps to push me through the initial process smoothly. Had a good meeting with the Ad Ops team onsite -- they seemed like a very smart, capable, and supportive group that I would mesh well with. All in all, I left the interview feeling optimistic about my chances of being selected. Here's where things get fishy (or not, considering the feedback about the internal HR team I've read here). It has been almost 3 weeks since I met onsite and I have not yet heard back as far as a decision. Feedback from the recruiter has been spotty and unclear (hiring manager is on vacation?). I still don't have a definite yes or no.
