      Service Engineer Interview

      Feb 8, 2026
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

      I interviewed at Rolls-Royce

      Interview

The interview consisted of 2 different stages: phone interview and virtual interview. The phone interview was with the recruiter where they asks general questions like what are you expectations for the role, go over resume, etc. The virtual interview was definitely harder. They broke it down into 3 different sections consisted of motivation, behavioral, and technical (the most important obviously). The overall interview was around an hour long, including a portion for the candidate to ask questions at the end.
